Description

This will be a manual of orthopaedic trauma that focuses on the technical aspects of fracture treatment. It will offer many tricks and tips on methods of fracture reduction and fixation. It will not go into issues of epidemiology, diagnosis, initial managment, nonoperative treatment, outcomes or complications. It will concentrate on the description of the technical tips and tricks for fracture reduction and fixation, implant managment, implant placement and patient positioning developed at Harborview Hospital, which is the main hospital for the University of Washington.
